Russell Kenery: Chairman 

Russell Kenery is the former MD and CEO of Atco Controls Pty Ltd, Australia's largest manufacturer of lighting control equipment. Russell is a Director of the Industry Capability Network and former President of AEEMA (Australian Electrical & Electronic Manufacturers' Association).

John Vines OAM : Company Secretary

John Vines has a wide background in innovation and related areas. He is currently Chair of Innovation and Business Skills Australia, a member of the Fair Work Australia Minimum Wages Panel and a director of companies in the manufacturing and Financial services sectors. His previous roles have included CEO of the Association of Professional Engineers, Scientists and Managers, Australia, Chair of Chifley Business School, Deputy Chair of the Industry Taskforce on Leadership and Management Skills (Karpin) and as a member of the Prime Minister's Science, Engineering and Innovation Council and also a member of the Australian Science and Technology Council.

RN (Bob) Herbert, AM: Former and Founding Chairman

Bob Herbert is the immediate past Chief Executive of the Australian Industry Group (Ai Group). He retired from Ai Group in February 2004 after 43 years of service, including 30 years as a Director and nearly eight years as Chief Executive. He has a special interest in industrial relations and has pursued and achieved training reform. He is committed to innovation and advocates industry policies which attract investment and growth.
